Bryan Panasiuk is our Regional Operations Manager and your go-to guy for thoughtful rants about the corporatocracy. He’s passionate about supporting local, independent, and women-owned businesses. Bryan keeps our shop grounded in its community-first mission. His cannabis vibe? Flower and extracts all day, with a soft spot for Ritual Green, EastCann, and Johnny Chronic.
Cass – Wizard of Wellness
Cass joined the cannabis world in 2019 and has grown alongside The Pot Shack for four strong years. A fantasy enthusiast and edible devotee, she thrives in the world of minor cannabinoids. She says discovering them changed how she sees cannabis. Her go-to brands? Wyld and Spinach thoughtful, tasty, and full of low-key magic.
Dylan – The Strategist With a Story
Dylan was there at the dawn of legalization, running Saskatchewan’s first legal cannabis delivery service. Now part of the 8th Street management trio, he helps lead a crew known for high standards and even higher spirits. Living with MS, Dylan uses cannabis as part of his personal wellness journey and is always happy to share what’s worked for him. A true believer in flower-forward care and building something better.

Vicky – Sunshine & Sticky Greens
Meet Vicky, the smiling soul behind our 51st Street shop. She’s a self-declared #420plantlady who finds her happy place indoors. Ideally with a Cosmic Natural live rosin pre-roll or a breezy Baja cart from Sticky Greens in hand. Light-hearted and endlessly welcoming, she’s all about sharing joy, terps, and that “just right” product for your mood.

Trevor Nguyen heads up our Lush Leaf location in Esterhazy. When he’s not chatting old-school cars or obscure marketing trivia, he’s guiding customers through cannabis with curiosity and confidence. A newer face in the industry, Trevor’s already a regular among regulars. He’s often raving about Ritual Green, Sticky Greens, or Spinach in his stash.

Rebecca – Nature’s Advocate
Rebecca is the heart of our Yorkton location. Equal parts ocean lover, animal whisperer, and feel-good sesh queen. Music and nature inspire everything she does, including how she connects with customers. Her go-to brand is Sticky Greens, especially their infused pre-rolls and concentrates. She’s also big on our wellness line, especially non-THC cannabinoid options that bring balance without the buzz.
