The COVID-19 pandemic is a global challenge that’s having an impact on every one of us and we are saddened by news of those that have been affected. Caring for these people and doing our part to prevent further spread of the virus requires all of our attention. We have been and will continue to follow the guidance of our public health agencies and encourage everyone to make good choices and please stay safe!

We are working closely with our employees to ensure they have the current information and resources needed to focus on prevention to remain healthy and have advised them to stay home and focus on their health if they are not. We are also expanding our leave benefits to accommodate personal health circumstances that arise due to Covid-19.

The Pot Shack family is committed to the health and safety of all our customers, staff, and the communities that we are fortunate to provide a wholesome, inclusive, and down to earth place to find quality cannabis products. Whether you come in person or take advantage of our pick up and delivery services, we want to share with you the steps we are taking to safeguard your health while we continue to serve you in the following ways:

In Shack Purchases – The shack is cleaned and sanitized daily in the normal course of business. We have increased the frequency of this cleaning and are doing extensive deep cleansing and sanitizing of all high touch surfaces including door knobs, menus, work surfaces, and payment terminals throughout the day. Social distancing practices are also being encouraged for those who do come to the shack and we will be limiting the number of customers in the shack at any given time. 

Online Pick Up Orders – We have added enhancements to our Pick Up Order options to now include delivery to your vehicle when you arrive at the shack.

Online Delivery – Effective March 20, 2020 we will be enhancing our existing delivery options to include same day / same evening delivery service within Saskatoon. Our existing delivery services for out of town customers will remain unchanged.
